Goods that are not damaged may be returned by notifying us by phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Canes and Rattans will contact you with a proposed collection date and time approximately 5 – 10 days in advance to arrange a mutually convenient day and time. If all the goods are in the same condition as when they were received, we will refund the goods value less the delivery and/or collection charges. If there is nobody at the collection address on the pre-agreed collection day when we get there, we will charge a non-refundable collection charge, plus any applicable surcharges, for each attempted collection.

Upgrade and downgrade order conditions apply, so that Orders of the same or higher value will be exchanged free of charge. Orders of a lesser value will be charged at the appropriate delivery charge.
